How do you use it?

Mix 1 heaped tablespoon (Approx. 10g) or 1 level Scoop with 600ml of water and shake well. Drink anytime throughout the day to stay hydrated But for best results, consume after excessive Sweating during or after physical exercise.

If you are in a hurry, don't want to drink as much liquid or prefer a stronger flavour you may reduce the amount of water mixed with the powder - you could even shot it! Regardless of what method you choose it will not reduce the amount of electrolytes and the effectiveness of the product.
