Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, Unfortunately we canโt offer you a refund or exchange. We are happy to offer a refund on items that are unopened and unused. These must be returned with your proof of purchase and sent in the original condition, ie packaging sealed and intact. We recommend using a box rather than a post bag to ensure safe delivery.

- Please enclose a note of explanation for your return and allow up to 14 days processing time.
- Please note that unreasonable and excessive returns may be declined at our discretion.
- ย Please also note that you are required to pay for all postage - if your refund is approved you will only be refunded the purchase price of the item.
- ย Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- ย If you are approved, then a refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment.
TIME DELAY ON REFUNDS
We do our best to process the refund the day we email you to advise that you have been approved for a refund. If you havenโt received a refund yet, please wait at least 14 working days then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If youโve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, Please contact our customer service team at admin@fallownutrition.comย
SALE ITEMS
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
DAMAGED GOODS
On the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or faulty, please email us a photograph and proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt to admin@fallownutrition.com and we will arrange a replacement for you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
