By placing your order, you agree to all the terms outlined in our “Shipping Policy” Before our products are shipped each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All parcels are shipped with tracking via Australia Post to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible. This Shipping Policy forms part of the Fallow Nutrition website terms and conditions.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and select your destination. Your shipping price and approximate delivery timeframe will be displayed. Shipping is calculated at the end of your transaction. There is free shipping on orders over $200 Australia-wide

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE PROCESSED
Fallow Nutrition processes shipping orders Monday-Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $200. All orders are shipped via domestic ground transport with Australia Post. We endeavour to process all orders within 1-3 business days and will notify you with an estimated handling time if there are expected delays. The estimated delivery time frame is 3-10 business days from the date of processing. Tracking is provided in your dispatch email in case the post runs a little late. W.A and N.T residents please note it may take a little longer to get to you.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
If your parcel is visibly damaged or does not contain the contents you ordered, please retain the package in your possession and notify us via email so that we may resolve the problem. You can email us at admin@fallownutrition.com Occasionally, an item will go out of stock before an order is assembled. In this event, you will be refunded for the out of stock item.
