Bake the Healthy Way – Protein-Packed Snack Recipes

1. Protein Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix all ingredients. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 15-18 minutes.

2. Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
Mix ingredients, scoop dough onto a tray, bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

3. No-Bake Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1 scoop protein powder (any flavor)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:
Mix well, press into a lined pan, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice into bars and enjoy on the go.
